Dreamnight: Aleister Crowley and the Stone of the Pyramid

“Dreamnight” is a series in which I consciously concentrate on experiencing a lucid dream or an out-of-body experience or in which I report an interesting or extraordinary dream or memories of my subconsciousness as well as telepathic connections to other people (Dream spying).

In this night I was visiting Vivian, a friend of mine, in an alternative reality. She showed me a sort of cuboid that she got at on an auction. It was a plastic replica from Egypt and made for children to play with. I found this quite crunchy with the symbols and a little window in it and the many ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. However this thing had managed it to get the long way to our country…

The cuboid was about 1.50 x 1.50 m in size. I looked at him more closely and discovered that you could arrange it and change it’s form, you just had to plug severall pieces into each other. While Vivian went to the kitchen to cook some food for her son, I played with the cuboid until suddenly I noticed that if you plug it’s pieces together by a specific system a small compartment appeard. As I entered the compartment, and pulled out a stone that looked like the top of a pyramid. I asked Vivian, if I could use her computer to do some research. She nodded and I set off. During the research, I discovered that Vivian had already searched the Internet for the meaning and origin of the cuboid, but she had never been able to put it together like I did and to solve the puzzle.

In the following, I found out that I was just holding the top stone of the pyramid in my hands, which was lost for centuries. With this thing you could go to a pyramid, put it on top and activate it with it. Now I only had to find out what will happen, when you activate a pyramid…

Suddenly a man teleported himself into the room where I was sitting. He was standing in front of me and introduced himself to me:

“I am Aleister Crowley. I hope, that I do not disturb you.”

“No” I said, still amazed at his astonishing ability.

Suddenly I slowly became lucid but continued to watch without interfering with the dream. Immediately the dream became crystal clear and I could look at every detail of this fascinating stone.

“What you hold in your hands is incredibly powerful. I guess you do not even know how powerful…” he told me. “The best thing would be for you to give me the stone, I know what I can do with it.”

“I do not think this is right,” I said.

Somehow I had the impression that I would have give him the stone voluntarily, he should not get it violently.

“What is possible to do with this stone?” I asked.

“I’ll tell you, if you give it to me. I’ll tell you all the secrets about it.”

“Well, then I know what is possible with this stone, butI will no longer own it.”

“That’s right. Either you keep the stone and will never know it, or surrender it to me and experience its secret. However you choose, you will not be able to use him, so he’s worthless for you anyway…”

He was right. The stone was equally worthless for me in both cases. So I thought about a minute and then decided to keep it.

“I’m sorry, I will not give you the stone…” I said resolutely to him.

“That’s very unfortunate… So you now hold a worthless stone in your hands and will never know… If you give it to me, you would at least know its secret.”

“I know,” I replied, “but I will keep it.”

At that moment, Aleister Crowley disappeared just as sudden as he came.
