Shared Values Visum – The new Anti Woke Visa of Russia
For many Western countries, Russia is one of the most unfriendly states, mostly triggered by neoliberalism and the Woke movement. Now Russia has introduced a new visa for people with traditional values…
The Russian Foreign Ministry reports in its own media about an increasing demand from many Western citizens who are not enthusiastic about their state and are looking for alternatives. As Russia has always been very family-friendly, it is now offering a solution.
The new Decree of the President of the Russian Federation
A brand new legal basis has now been provided by the new “Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 19, 2024, No. 702”. It is entitled: “On the provision of humanitarian assistance to people who share traditional Russian spiritual and moral values”.
This interesting decree came into force on September 1, 2024. Interestingly, on the one hand, it addresses all people who want to escape the new Western values and, on the other hand, it is a countermeasure for the new contradictory and irritating values and policies from the West.
The Russian Foreign Ministry is currently compiling a list of all Western countries that contradict Russian values. On the surface, this includes the new values of the Woke movement, which are making massive inroads in countries such as the USA, Canada and Europe. To this end, it is possible to travel to Russia in person for 90 days on a private visa and apply within this time for a temporary residence permit.
Since the publication of this decree, the demand has been enormous, especially from the eastern federal states of Europe and USA, and is also an option to escape the new regulations of western countries, such as rising taxes, the capture of children, increasing censorship of opinion with severe draconian penalties, surveillance of private individuals, house searches of people who publish opinions critical of the system on the Internet, pharmaceutical dictatorship and governmental affiliation are increasingly being assumed. These and other measures are gradually ensuring that many people no longer feel at home in their own country and are looking for alternatives.
The demand for this anti-woke visa is enormous and many people with traditional values are virtually running Russia into the ground. The Russian Foreign Ministry is reporting incredible demand. Even after the official publication of this visa, more than 200 people have already applied for it within a short period of time. Anyone interested can apply for this private visa at any Russian embassy within the consular section.
However, the Russian government wants something in return as a condition for applying for this new visa. They want you to commit to traditional values and sign up to them.
These include:
- A commitment to traditional family structures, i.e. the recognition of partnerships between men and women
- Caring for children to ensure that parents can enjoy a decent old age
- The pursuit of knowledge, progress and prosperity
- A life-affirming attitude
- Approval of strong moral values
- Placing ideal values above material ones
The new anti-gay movement and neoliberalism
The mainstream media pretend that Vladimir Putin opposes homosexuality and demonizes it. Not a word is said about the fact that the woke issue is just the tip of the iceberg and serves as a justification. Just because two fringe movements, the woke and anti-woke movements, are arguing about whether homosexuality and transgendering are natural or not is certainly no reason for a president like Putin to offer a visa to escape this discussion. The reason for this would be far too banal and irrelevant, because everyone decides for themselves whether they want to be heterosexual or homosexual. So there must be much more to it than the mainstream admits.
Well, since 2020, many people have realized that something is going on behind the scenes that is no longer designed to protect people and secure their future, but that Western governments are gaining more and more power and are using it to enforce an autocracy. Many even speak of an Orwellian government that is beginning to take shape more and more obviously. Power is increasingly being granted to people who have billions of dollars at their disposal or who belong to the financially heavy pharmaceutical companies and support their goals. Agencies, elite families, philanthropists and organizations such as the WHO and WEF, with their Young Global Leaders, are increasingly taking over the most important positions in politics and are increasingly pushing Western countries in a new direction that is intended to control people in every respect.
Some believe that this is a political conspiracy and a political-pharmaceutical global cartel that not only wants to force people into new value systems, but also into obedience and absolute tracking in terms of health and politics. There is talk of forced face IDs, enforced health passports, authorizations and registration of system-friendly people for the Internet, complete Internet surveillance, the abolition of privacy and the secrecy of correspondence, absolute health control, migrant flooding, warmongering against Russia and much more.
For those who can’t believe this, listen to the uncensored version of Putin’s speech from Sept. 30, 2022, in which he talks about how he rejects the New World Order (NWO) and the satanic elite of the West and how he portrays the Woke movement as just a symptom. Some excerpts are as follows:
- “Americans are victims of their own government’s lies through American propaganda. The institutions, including government, media, education, religion, banks and the family, all play a role.”
- “In fact, the American elite is using the tragedies of these people to weaken their competitors and destroy nation states. This also applies to Europe, it also applies to the identity of France, Italy, Spain and other countries with a long history.”
- “That’s why politicians in Europe need to convince their fellow citizens to eat less, wash less often and dress warmer at home. And those who start asking legitimate questions: ‘Why is it like this?” are immediately declared enemies, extremists and radicals. They look to Russia and say: ‘Here is the source of all your problems! They are lying again.”
- “I repeat: the dictatorship of the Western elites is directed against all societies, including the peoples of Western countries themselves. This is a challenge for everyone.”
- “The US invokes the right of the strongest, it builds bases everywhere and expands all over the world in order to take it over more and more and impose its views on the world. The USA is just lying.”
- “They don’t want equal cooperation; they want to plunder. They don’t want to see us as a free society, but as a mass of soulless slaves. …Western countries have been saying for centuries that they bring freedom and democracy to other nations.”
- “Such a total denial of man, the overthrow of faith and traditional values, the suppression of freedom takes on the features of an ‘inverted religion’ – outright Satanism.”
- “Today we are fighting for a just and free path, first and foremost for ourselves, for Russia, so that dictatorship and despotism are forever a thing of the past. I am convinced that countries and peoples understand that a policy based on the exclusion of everyone, on the oppression of other cultures and peoples, is inherently criminal and that we must close this shameful chapter.”
Partial protection from this is behind Putin’s offer, and certainly not a gay-straight dispute pushed solely by the press, as LifeSiteNews and others, for example, would like to portray it, with comments such as, “The SVV is apparently part of a larger anti-woke push by the Russian government under Putin, who is not shy about expressing his contempt for what he calls the ‘satanic’ West.” In reality, Putin has simply chosen a diplomatic title for this visa – Shared Values Visa.
Of course, everyone has the right to choose this path and to prefer or approve of such a political development. This is not meant to be a judgment of such systems, but everyone should always have the freedom to decide where and how they want to live. As Charles Bukowski once used to say: “I think your opinion sucks, but I’d give my life that you can keep it”. Bukowski was referring to the original quote by the English writer Evelyn Beatrice Hall.
The takeover of social media giants such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and the like have already been taken over by this new policy and are threatening to exclude anyone who disagrees with their new plans – with social and legal pressure if necessary. It has already reached the point where many people no longer dare to express their opinions in public, as they could be politically persecuted or a Swat team could arrive, break down the door and carry out a house search. This social and political tension inevitably raises the question: Where can you go to escape it?
Wolfgang Goethe once said: “If you no longer like the laws of one country, move to another”. He meant that you can leave the country at any time if you no longer agree with the local politics. So you automatically long for a place that offers other options.
The Shared Values Visa (SVV)
This is precisely why Russia now offers a “Shared Values Visa”, which means nothing other than: If you don’t agree with the new “values”, then come to our country with traditional values.
In short: with this visa, you can emigrate to Russia in a simplified way. You could jokingly say that it allows you to apply for almost “political asylum” in Russia. The condition is that you are committed to traditional “values”. Nor does the Russian government require that you have to know the history and language of Russia. This residence permit is valid for 3 years, after which you can apply for a new one. Later on, after 5 years of residence, you will even be able to apply for Russian citizenship as a second citizen and obtain a passport.
The Russian government has put 47 countries and territories on its list that are allowed to use the new “Share Value Visa Program”. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishutin approved this option on September 17, 2024. You can stay for 90 days and apply for a residence permit. If it is approved, you can stay in Russia.
Many of the countries, such as the USA, Australia, Canada, England, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Holland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Belgium, Ukraine, Finland, France, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Micronesia, Monaco, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Croatia, Montenegro, Estonia, Albania, Andorra, Bahamas, North Macedonia, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Japan, are in turn often those who are against Russia and advocate further sanctions and want to push through their agendas with the help of the undemocratic US Democrats, WHO and the WEF.
Since such decisions, such as sanctions or war plans against Russia, are not made by citizens, but only by governments, it was obvious to Putin that there must also be many people who are not on his side and are looking for solutions. Putin also recognized that these people, who do not agree with their country’s policies, want to find a new place to live. For this reason, the Russian government has agreed to offer this special Shared Values Visa from now on.
Understandably, this new visa also raises controversy. After all, it is an offer for those seeking a solution against autocracies and opinion censorship. Western governments and state media do not like this at all.
Of course, one should bear in mind that, in view of the sanctions against Russia, it can be difficult to carry out business sensibly in this country. The transfer of finances to Russia has been made considerably more difficult. A financial split can already be seen here between Western banks with their IBAN numbers and Eastern countries with their new BRICS system. This makes banking transactions of all kinds more difficult. At this point, you can decide whether you want to continue to accept the paternalism of Western countries or whether you consider it more important to continue to respect and pursue traditional values.
Nevertheless, there are solutions that can be applied at this point. There are contact persons who can provide considerable help in facilitating and balancing this whole process.
