Other results on the subject of “decalcification of the pineal gland” includes not only some of my personal experiences, which at times keep showing up, but also those of readers of my blog and research reports in this regard…

So, many readers wrote to me and shared their experiences with gradual decalcification of the pineal gland. Among them was, for example, a woman who had read my book “Astral Travel, Lucid Dreams and the Pineal Gland” (soon available in english) and commented that it was the best book regarding this topic and at the same time was inspired to also decalcify and reactivate her pineal gland. Her measures to do this were 300 mg of borax daily, 5 mg of melatonin at bedtime, spirulina, chlorella, turmeric and chayenne pepper. A proud mixture, I would like to say, but it should also have been worth it, as she informed me.

A Report about Decalcifying the Pineal Gland

At night, after taking it for some time, she began to perceive with her eyes open various entities in animal and plant form that floated soulfully through her bedroom. Once she even reached out and could observe them floating through her. She did not dream this at all, but perceived it that way in full waking consciousness. At other moments, her pineal gland even activated briefly and she was flung into a tunnel without any warning and raced through it, racing on and on through rows of houses and first having to adjust to the speed of this experience. After she had oriented herself to some extent, the experience was over again.

Further Reports about the Pineal Gland

Further on, a man explained to me that he had understood the Borax rather as a stimulant and therefore did not take the maximum dose of 400 mg per day (a spoon tip), but a heaped tablespoon! If one had taken this amount of fluoride, one would probably have dropped dead immediately. In the case of borax, however, there was only a small noticeable swelling of the neck and a headache, but afterwards these subsided again when no further borax was ingested. This at least shows that borax is nowhere near as toxic as the pharmaceutical industry would like you to believe. However, the important thing is not to take the amount, but to take it regularly and for a long time.

Such spontaneous reactions of decalcification the pineal gland are often accompanied by such experiences as described by the above mentioned woman. One should be prepared for anything. In her case, she was fascinated by the experiences, but a spontaneous reaction of the pineal gland can also cause anxiety.

Feeling a Pressure in the Forehead

For example, a man who works a lot with mantras and my MP3s to activate the pineal gland wrote to me. His pressure on the forehead increased day by day (I already described this phenomenon in the other parts), until suddenly a reaction occurred and he had to deal with anxiety. In the process, the pressure on the forehead became stronger and stronger, which then spread to the temporal lobes (temples). This was accompanied by a constant flickering in front of the eyes.

Days later, a stabbing pain appeared at the back of the head, but disappeared. Again days later, he reported to me, he felt a kind of “discharge” in the back of his head, at which his heart immediately began to race. This adrenaline rush was accompanied by a strong panic at the same time. Later, he once perceived a glistening white light that literally wanted to suck him up. Then he had the impression of moving from the third eye to the extended spinal cord, which then changed again into a head pressure at the back of his head. A few moments later he got the impression as if his consciousness was detaching itself from the body and wanted to soar into the astral worlds.

Such reaction can also occur, i.e. the reactivation does not always have to be completely pleasant or highly interesting at the beginning, but the beginnings can also occasionally express themselves uncomfortably, but at the beginning of a great adventure, as one can surely imagine, just sometimes some fear belongs to it.

The Third Eye and Anxieties

The fears that can occur are only temporary, this means that you do not have to believe now that you would stay like this forever, but the fear is completely natural and appears only for a short time. You conquer the fear by simply enduring it. That is all. Eventually it disappears again. Sounds simple, but it is not always easy. Therefore, one must take into account that although fear does not feel pleasant, it has the unique ability of accepting paranormal occurrences as completely real and as a given. It does not possess doubt or arrogance, but humility and affirmation. It has two sides, one frightening and one accelerating. One is accelerated only before the fear of acutely felt fear, but not when it is present.

So if anxiety or panic should arise, it is perfectly normal and it is important not to let it beat you back. It is best to endure the fear for as long as possible and wait until, for example, you have completely detached from your body or entered one of those tunnels through which you will then race. Avoiding or escaping the fear also means the end of the experience.

Likewise, physical reactions may also appear, such as loss of appetite or sleep disturbances. The lack of appetite can be a hint from the body that it would like to eat less – especially if one does not eat healthily or consumes substances that it does not want at all. Sleep disturbances can occur if one practices a disadvantageous sleep rhythm. For this reason, it is once again important to change one’s habits a bit.

Spirulina, Melatonin and Cedar Nut Oil

I have been taking spirulina, 5 mg of melatonin and 1-2 tablespoons of cedar nut oil daily for the past few months. However, the forehead pressure increased only after I increased the dose from 15 tablets of spirulina to 25. I think a dose between 25-30 tablets a day is more beneficial than my original recommended amount of 15. This is also why this series is categorized as “research” on my blog, meaning values or information can always change or be added if necessary. So the goal of this category is to try out more than theorize. No battles have yet been fought on the basis of conjecture and speculation, and the enemy is the fluoride in our bodies, which is zealously calcifying the pineal gland.

The pressure between my eyes appears at the strangest moments and can last up to an hour before slowly fading away. It is not only an exciting phenomenon, but also an excellent confirmation that you are on the right track.
